Can I extend my booking?
Yes, you can extend your booking, by 48hr prior information. In this case, the rental will be the same, otherwise, additional charges will be applicable to the extended rent.
Can I visit the shop, see the camera and other products and then book it?
Yes, you can do it. Just give us a call at +91-9717468233.
How can I book a camera without seeing it physically?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Pay a commitment advance to reserve the camera. Reach the store and test your camera. If there is any issue with the camera we will refund 100% of the amount you have paid us. No questions asked in case there is a mechanical fault in the camera.
What if I return the camera late?
A penalty will be charged if you drop the camera after the due time. Returning the camera past the due date causes inconvenience to our other customers who might have scheduled a booking for the same. You may call us for an extension before 48hr of the end date if you think you will be late.
Can I take it outside the city?
Yes, you can take any device across India.
Do I have to submit the original document?
No, you need not submit any original documents. We need a copy of the required documents.
How many documents need to take the camera on rent?
The following documents are needed:
1. Photo of the customer
2. Address prof
3. Id Prof
4. A valid bank cheque for 100Rs
5. 2 Family/Friend contact verification.
Is any limit on the rental value?
Yes, each customer has a credit limit. It can be changed based on your rental history, social/business profile, and Security deposit.
I live outside India. What are the requirements to rent a camera?
You need to submit the 2 additional documents:
1. Valid Passport with Visa.
2. One address and Id proof of your local reference.
I am shortening my renting days. How shall I get the refund?
There are no refunds for shortening the days.
Can I change the booked camera model at the time of pickup?
Yes, based on the availability you can change the camera model, but the higher rental value between both models will be charged.
What if I don't get a camera after booking?
This is a rare instance as we always maintain real-time availability. There may be instances where cameras are unfortunately not available. In such a case, we shall offer you an alternate camera (depends on the availability of course). If an alternate camera isn't available or you don't wish to rent an alternate camera, we shall refund you 100% amount.
